Hi, I’m Kelly —

since childhood, I have been passionate about art and creativity, and over the years it has helped me in many ways including starting my own business, and creative work for others. Working in addition, as a holistic therapist; I approach my VA work with the same care, sensitivity and attention to detail as my healing work.

    • Cloud storage like Google Drive or Dropbox for file sharing

  • Turnaround times vary based on the task and scope, but common estimates as a guide:

    • Simple graphics: 1–3 days

    • Social media content batch: 3–5 days

    • Video editing: 3–7 days

    • Blog post drafts: 2–4 days
      Rush requests may be possible at an additional fee.

  • Currently I offer two options:

    • Monthly retainers

      5 hours a month £100

      10 hours a month £200

      15 hours a month £300

      20 hours a month £400

    • Project-based pricing (e.g., a brand design package or course launch)

  • You can assign tasks via:

    • A shared task manager (Trello, Notion etc.)

    • A weekly task list via email or shared doc

    • Loom videos to explain processes
      The more detailed the brief, the smoother the workflow.

    • Design: Canva, Adobe Suite

    • Video: CapCut, Descript

    • Social Media: Later, Buffer

    • Communication: Whatsapp, Zoom

    • Organization: Google Drive, Notion, Trello

  • Start with tasks that:

    • Take up your time but don’t need your personal touch

    • You’re not skilled at or don’t enjoy

    • Can be done repeatedly (templates/processes help!)
